Las Vegas-based band, The Killers are to release their seventh consecutive Christmas single next month.

Singer, Brandon Flowers and drummer, Ronnie Vannucci informed fans┬áthat their forthcoming Christmas single was “in the can”┬ávia twitter when they a posted a photo online of themselves with producer, Alan Moulder.

The (Product) RED Campaign strives to fight for an AIDS-free future for third world countries and is a brand licensed company to Nike, Starbucks, Converse, American Express and Apple Inc.

The band have recorded a Christmas single every year since 2006 for Bono’s RED Campaign.

The Killers released their debut Christmas offering in the form of “A Great Big Sled” and have since collaborated with Elton John and Pet Shop Boy, Neil Tennant in 2008.

The band are currently on the road as part of their “Battle Born” World Tour which kicked off in Glasgow last month and is set to conclude in Brazil in March.
