Synth-pop duo Hurts are scheduled to tour both the UK and Europe on 2013.

Formed in 2009, Hurts consists of singer, Theo Hutchcraft and synthesist, Adam Anderson dazzled fans with their fresh blend of electro-pop and new wave, releasing their debut album “Happiness” in 2010.

“Happiness” charted at #4 in the UK selling over 25,000, making Hurts the fastest-selling album of 2010.

The follow-up to “Happiness” is due for release in Spring 2013.

Theo and Adam announced plans to play in both Berlin and London; both gigs are now completely sold-out and the band have now unveiled plans to play 12 dates across the UK and Europe throughout March and April of next year.

Hurts will play London’s Heaven on 7th February 2013 and Postbahnhof in Berlin on 9thFebruary 2013, the ideal warm-up for their Spring tour.

The band’s 2013 Spring tour is set to kick-off in Cologne before stopping off for shows in Stockholm, Warsaw, Milan, Vienna, Manchester and concluding in Glasgow.

Tickets for Hurts’ 2013 tour will be available on general sale from Friday 14th December 2012.
