“Tightrope” is the forthcoming EP from Cincinatti-based band, Walk The Moon and is available via RCA Records on 11th March 2013.

The 6-track EP follows their self-titled album which is available now and also includes three brand-new recordings, their take on Talking Head’s “Burning Down The House” and hand-picked b-side, “Anyway I Can”; the EP was recorded during the band’s tour in late 2012.

Having already secured the approval of Radio 1, Walk The Moon spent 4 weeks at #1 in the US’ Alt Nation Countdown, were voted both Seventeen Magazine’s and MTV’s Buzzworthy Song Of The Summer with track, “Anna Sun” and have gained favourable radio play from Kerrang Radio and XFM.

Fresh from supporting US band, Fun, Walk The Moon have announced a UK tour for later this month with gigs at Manchester’s Academy 3 (20th Febrruary), Glasgow’s King Tut’s (21st), Cockpit 2 in Leeds (24th), Bristol’s Thekla (25th), The Temple in Birmingham (26th) and London’s Scala (27th).

Tickets are available now and are priced at £8 (Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham), £9 (Glasgow and Bristol) and £10 (London).
