The festival spirit hits the streets of Edinburgh this weekend as Haddowfest returns for it’s fourth consecutive year.

The city’s biggest multi-venue festival will see a wide range of emerging and exciting homegrown talent play live across 6 music venues in Edinburgh.

Friday (11th October) has scheduled performances from main acts The Rifles and The Holy Ghosts as well as Death Ape Disco, Jessica McAllister and The Rahs.

“Everytime we play Scotland, the crowd are always 100% behind us, singing every word and enjoying themselves, so we always look forward to coming back” (The Rifles).

Saturday brings performances from headliners Dry The River and We Were Promised Jetpacks as well as Brown Bear & The Bandit, Miniature Dinosaurs, OK Social Club and The Merrylees, fresh from a sizzling set at King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut this week in Glasgow.

Haddowfest takes place across some of Edinburgh’s favourite gig venues; The Liquid Rooms, Maggie’s Chamber, Sneaky Pete’s, Picture House, Whistlebinkies and the legendary, Cabaret Voltaire. Tickets are priced at just £17.

Hamish Jolly, part of the team behind Haddowfest said, “Really looking forward to this one, have even more young Scottish up and comers this year and thrilled to have Dry The River, We Were Promised Jetpacks, The Holy Ghosts and The Rifles and all the others joining us for two days. After the success of Haddow On The Fringe, we’re hoping to make this the biggest and best Haddowfest yet!”.

Tickets are available via Ticketmaster.
