Glasgow’s southside goes Pop! this weekend as a whole host of exciting and emerging talent taking to the stage at The Glad Cafe across Saturday and Sunday.

Pop! South kicks off at 3.30pm on Saturday with a little something for everyone including The Just Joans, TeenCanteen, The Spook School, Where We Lay Our Heads and The Yawns, among others. Live music runs until late Saturday night with the closing act bowing out around 11pm.

Sunday will showcase a more relaxed, hangover-friendly vibe with mostly acoustic sets from The Bobby McGees, A New International, David Leach and The Stranger’s Almanac.

This very special two-day (or to be more precise, a day and a half) event is designed to deliver a host of pop goodness to revellers and is an absolute must for anyone partial to pop music.

Limited tickets are still available but are going fast! You can be apart of Glasgow Pop! South this weekend for £13 for both days, an advance of £10 or £12 for Saturday only and £5 for Sunday.
