Glasgow Gigs This Week

Inverness’ own, Neon Waltz are scheduled to take to the legendary King Tut’s stage on Saturday 4th October as part of The Tenement Trail Festival

Ella Eyre will be live at The 02 ABC in Sauchiehall Street on 6th October. The gig will be a taster of what to expect from her debut album, “Feline”, scheduled for release in February.

Eliza & The Bear will be taking to the stage at King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut on Wednesday 8th October 2014 as part of their biggest tour to date.

On the 8th, 9th and 10th of October Jake Bugg will be at the Royal Concert Hall with support from Hudson Taylor. Bugg’s second studio album “Shangri La” was released last year, but the young Northener has already revealed that he is working on his third album. 

Announced This Week

UK rockers Black Spiders have announced they will be playing a headline show in Glasgow’s Cathouse Rock Club on 8th December 2014 with support from Turbogeist and Rival State.

Before You Exit and Christina Grimmie will be at The Garage on 25th February. American pop-band, Before You Exit released their third EP “I Like That” last year and their most recent single, “Heart like California” is out now. Grimmie rose to fame for her covers on YouTube and her debut album “With Love” was released in August 2013.

Glasgow’s own Belle & Sebastian will be appearing at The Hydro on 22nd May next year .The band have also announced that they will be releasing their ninth studio album “Girls In Peacetime Want To Dance” in January 2015
