Gigs This Week

Model Aeroplanes will be at King Tuts Wah Wah Hut tonight (Wednesday 29th April 2015). The Scottish quartet unveiled brand new track, “Deep In The Pool” earlier this week.

King Tuts Wah Wah Hut play host to The Districts on Thursday (30th April 2015). The band, from Pennsylvania, released LP, “A Flourish And A Spoil” in February.

Oxford-born band, Stornoway are at The Art School this Thursday (30th April 2015). The band released third LP, “Bonxie” earlier this month; it follows 2013’s “Tales From Terra Firma”.

Take That continue their stellar reign at The SSE Hydro this Friday (1st) and Saturday (2nd May). The trio are out in support of¬†seventh studio album, “III”, which was released in November 2014. Support comes from Ella Henderson.

Scottish singer/songwriter, Kerri Watt is live at The Garage (Attic Bar) on Friday (1st May 2015). Watt, known for her Orange-County inspired sound, released latest EP, “You” this week.

Supergrass’ Gaz Coombes is flying solo at King Tuts this weekend (Friday 1st May 2015). Coombes released his second solo LP, “Matador” in January; it follows 2012’s “Here Come The Bombs” and features the singles, “Detroit”, “Buffalo” and “20/20”.

South Wales’ own, The Hearts are at King Tuts this Sunday (3rd May 2015) as part of their current Spring Tour. The band unveiled new single, “Run Free” this week.

Veteran psychedelic rock band, Super Furry Animals take on Glasgow’s 02 Academy on Tuesday 5th May 2015. The¬†Cardiff-born band formed in 1993 and released their ninth studio album, “Dark Days/Light Years” in 2009. Support comes from The Magic Numbers.

Just Announced

Editors have unveiled plans to tour Europe and the UK in October/November 2015. When a fan discovered hidden track, “No Harm” on the band’s Play It Again Sam compilation, Editors shared it with the world via Facebook. Editors will be at Glasgow’s 02 ABC on Sunday 18th October 2015.

Tickets are on-sale on Thursday 30th April 2015 at 10am.
