Family Guy’s Seth MacFarlane returns as the foul-mouthed, furry friend of Mark Wahlberg in this hysterical sequel to the 2012 original. Three years on from where we left off, Ted (MacFarlane) has married his long-term girlfriend, Tami-Lynn (played by Jessica Barth) and the couple have decided to start a family of their own. With thunder buddy, John (Wahlberg) in place to help out with aritificial insemination, but first Ted has to go to court to prove he is more human, than teddy bear in order to gain custody of his child. Mila Kunis may be missing, but Amanda Seyfried, Morgan Freeman, Liam Neeson and David Hasselhoff are along for the ride in this much-anticipated sequel! 

Love And Mercy

John Cusack and Paul Dano dazzle in this dual-performance as troubled genius, Beach Boy, Brian Wilson in this innovative biopic. Dano is 1960s Wilson holed up in the studio working on what would become the band’s signature masterpiece, “Pet Sounds” while struggling with emerging psychosis, vying for his father’s approval and trying to convince his band of brothers that his unorthodox ideas are the way forward. Fast forward 20 years, Wilson (Cusack) is a broken, confused man, detached from his family (including his two daughters) and under the controlled care of tyrannical psychiatrist, Dr Eugene Landy (Paul Giamatti). However, when Wilson meets cadillac saleswoman, Melinda Ledbetter (Elizabeth Banks) he gets the chance to reconnect with life and love again.

This rock mockumentary stars “The Simpsons” Harry ShearerChristopher Guest and Michael McKean and is so brilliantly done that original audiences thought Spinal Tap were a real band!

Movie News

Comic-Con fans were given a treat this weekend when the trailer for forthcoming action adventure, “Batman V Superman : Dawn Of Justice” was unveiled at the event in San Diego, California. Ben Affleck makes his debut as Batman while Henry Cavill reprises his role as Superman, following 2013’s “Man Of Steel”. “Batman V Superman : Dawn Of Justice” is scheduled for release in March 2016.
