However, when the royal honey is stolen, its up to our young heroine to save the day and the Queen (Miriam Margoyles) from a scheming court advisor (Jacki Weaver) and prevent all out-war between bees and hornets!

Based on Stephen King’s terrifying novel comes the tale of a family man and aspiring writer (Jack Nicholson) descending into madness while working as a winter caretaker at the isolated, cursed Overlook Hotel. Directed by Stanley Kubrick, Shelley Duvall co-stars in this 1980 classic horror flick.

The GFT, Friday 30th October 2015 @ 11pm

John Carpenter’s classic slasher horror gets a special airing at The GFT this Halloween (of course!) On Halloween night in 1963, 6 year old, Michael Myers stabs his older sister to death. Fast forward 15 years and Myers escapes from the psychiatric hospital where he has been held since and returns home to terrorise the local teenagers in his neighbourhood, including original Scream Queen, Jamie Lee Curtis.

Movie News

We got an exclusive look at the forthcoming “Star Wars : The Force Awakens” earlier this week when the full-length, official trailer dropped. The film is the seventh instalment of “Star Wars” franchise and sees original stars Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford reprise their roles. The force is due to awaken on Friday 18th December 2015 and tickets can be booked NOW!
