Legendary Scots’ rockers, Primal Scream have unveiled a brand new album and tour dates for 2016.

“CHAOSMOSIS” follows 2013’s “More Light” and is scheduled to drop on Friday 18th March 2016. It’s the band’s 11th studio album to date, and was recorded in London and Sweden

Primal Scream, fronted by Bobby Gillespie, formed in Glasgow in 1982 and are best known for their 1991 album, “Screamadelica”, which spawned the singles, “Come Together”, “Higher Than The Sun” and “Loaded”, which features a sample of Peter Fonda’s speech in 1966 movie, “The Wild Angels”.

The band have announced plans to play 4 intimate UK Dates in early 2016 in support of their new LP; kicking off at Aberdeen’s Beach Ballroom (Tuesday 29th March 2016) before stopping off for shows at Glasgow’s 02 ABC (Wednesday 30th March 2016), London’s Palladium (Friday 1st April 2016) and concluding at Manchester’s Albert Hall (Saturday 2nd April 2016). 

Tickets for Primal Scream’s UK Tour go on-sale on Friday 9th December 2015 @ 9am

“CHAOSMOSIS” is released on Friday 18th March 2016.
