Captain America : Civil War

Captain America is back, and this time he has to face his toughest opponent yet . . . Iron Man! Following an incident involving The Avengers, politicians propose a governing body to monitor the activities of superheroes. This decision causes conflict between Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) and Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr), with The Avengers forced to pick a side. However, while fighting each other, they must work out a way to protect the world from a new enemy . . .

Demolition

Following his wife’s death in a car accident, Wall Street investment banker, Davis (Jake Gyllenhaal) naturally struggles to feel anything. His father in law, Phil (Chris Cooper) attempts to console him and help him rebuild his life, but Davis is more concerned with a minor complaint to a vending machine company. Eventually, his letters resonate with lonely customer service representative, Karen (Naomi Watts) who forms an unlikely friendship with Davis and helps him realise that, to move on, he must first demolish his old life.

Alicia Vikander has been cast as Lara Croft for the forthcoming “Tomb Raider” reboot. Vikander is an actress and dancer from Sweden who currently resides in London, and has enjoyed roles in “Anna Karenina”, “Ex Machina” and “The Danish Girl”. Vikander will replace Angelina Jolie who played Croft in the original “Lara Croft : Tomb Raider” movie in 2001 and its 2003 sequel “The Cradle Of Life”. The “Tomb Raider” reboot is set for release in 2017.

We got a sneak peek at Emily Blunt in forthcoming thriller, “The Girl On The Train” when the nerve-shredding trailer dropped earlier this week. The movie is based on the novel of the same name by Paula Hawkins and co-stars Rebecca Ferguson, Justin Theroux and Allison Janney. The film is set for release on 7th October 2016.

This week also saw us get a peek of BIG laughs to come with an exclusive full-length trailer of “Absolutely Fabulous : The Movie” starring Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley in their iconic roles as best pals, Eddy and Patsy (sweetie dahhhling!) who are caught in a media storm after accidently killing supermodel, Kate Moss. The movie sees Julia Sawalha and June Whitfield reprise their roles as Eddy’s long-suffering daughter, Saffy and Mother. The movie is due for release on 1st July 2016 and boasts over 60 cameos including Stella McCartney, Lulu, Joan Collins, Rebel Wilson, Christopher Biggins and Jeremy Paxman.
