Liverpudlian outfit, “Clean Cut Kid” have unveiled the title track from their forthcoming EP, “We Used To Be In Love” last week.

The latest track from the fuzz-pop band got its premiere on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 slot on 6th July 2016.

“One of the most heart shattering things about breaking up with someone is how this person, who used to be at the centre of your whole universe, is suddenly no more a part of your life than a distant stranger. ‘We Used To Be In Love’ is about passing that person in the street and wanting to scream, “DON’T YOU REMEMBER WHAT WE USED TO FEEL FOR EACH OTHER?!?!” -Mike Halls, Clean Cut Kid.

Having already been dubbed the “sound of the summer”, the band are scheduled to perform at over 30 UK Festivals this year, including Reading & Leeds, Latitude and Brighton’s Great Escape.

Clean Cut Kid will be hitting the tour circuit in October of this year with dates lined up in Newcastle (19th), Glasgow (20th), Coventry (22nd), Brighton (25th), London (26th) and Liverpool (29th), among others.
