Armed with two long barreled shafts of death, Hayes, who also scored this B masterpiece (get the sound track if you can, it's funkier than Shaft) plays a bounty hunter wanted by...every pimp in LA thanks to a badass Madam! You have GOT to see the fucking cars and threads in this movie. As bounty hunter movies go, this one makes Steve look like a real McQueen! When he gets it on, the action takes off!
