How About I Be Me (And You Be You?) is the brand new album from Irish songstress Sinead O’Connor, scheduled for release in February. This forthcoming offering is Sinead’s ninth studio album and marks 25 years in the music industry for the controversial artist, who is infamous for ripping up a picture of Pope John Paul II on live television.

The album is Sinead’s most confident work in years and has already been received well on her recent critically acclaimed live dates including Manchester International Festival, Iceland Airwaves and Mencap’s Little Noise Sessions. There will be an international tour to promote the album but dates are yet to be announced.

Listen to album tracks ‘4th and Vine’ and ‘Take Your Shoes Off’:
