Caitlin Rose has unveiled details for her forthcoming album, “The Stand In”.

The follow-up to her debut effort, “Own Side Now” will be released on 25th February 2013 via Names Records and a taster of what’s to come is available via, “No One To Call”¬†on¬†Soundcloud now.

Nashville-born,Caitlin previously performed in indie band, Save Macaulay before signing to BMI in 2008 and embarking on a solo career. Caitlin released her debut EP, “Dead Flowers” later that same year and the title-track was a cover of The Rolling Stones.

Country singer Caitlin has drawn favourable comparisons to the greats of her genre, Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline and Iris DeMent.

In support of, “The Stand In”, Caitlin has plans to play four headline shows in the UK in February 2013; Fleece in Bristol (26th Feb), Dingwalls, London (27th), Brudenell in Leeds (28th) and The Ruby Lounge in Manchester on 1st March 2013.

“The Stand In” is scheduled for release on 25th February 2013.
