T In The Park gave fans a taste of what’s to come this July when they revealed part of the 2014 line-up, including the headliners for the biggest weekend in Scottish music.

Kilmarnock born and bred band, Biffy Clyro are scheduled to headline the first full day Friday ever at this year’s event, joined by Dumfries DJ, Calvin Harris and recent Brit Award winners, Arctic Monkeys, who are set to headline Saturday and Sunday night, respectively.

Other Scots on the bill include singer/songwriter, Nina Nesbitt who celebrated her debut album, “Peroxide”, going to the top spot on her home turf last week, Paisley-born, Paolo Nutini, who is set to release his first studio album in five years, “Caustic Love” in April and CHVRCHES who have enjoyed success following the release of their debut offering, “The Bones Of What You Believe”, released last year.

Ed Sheeran, Ellie Goulding, Bastille, Haim, Pixies, Pharell Williams, The 1975, Jake Bugg and Imagine Dragons are also all Balado-bound this July, with many more acts to be announced.

Tickets for T In The Park 2014 go onsale at 9am on Friday 28th February 2014.
