Gigs This Week

Glaswegian rock duo, Saint PHNX are scheduled to play Glasgow’s King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut tomorrow night (Tuesday 20th December 2016). The pair dropped their debut track, “Reload” in the summer of this year, and have been dubbed “The Kings Of Scotland”.

Homegrown heroes, Travis play Glasgow’s SSE Hydro on Wednesday (21st December 2016). The band, from Glasgow, formed in 1990 and are best known for their signature track, “Why Does It Always Rain On Me?”, taken from their second studio effort, “The Man Who” which was released in 1999. Travis released their eighth LP, “Everything At Once” in April of this year.

Glasgow’s Broadcast play host to Paisley-based band, The Label on Thursday (22nd December 2016). The band, fronted by childhood friends, Michael Kerr and Jordan McGlynn, are out in support of their latest EP, “Vodka And Lemonade”. Support comes from Caulder and Shred.

Colonel Mustard & The Dijon 5 are at Glasgow’s 02 ABC on Friday (23rd December 2016). The product of what would be if Primal Scream and Happy Mondays had a baby. encourage you to expect the unexpected with their live shows!

Glasgow’s legendary Barrowland Ballroom play host to Scottish trio, Fatherson on Friday (23rd December 2016). The Kilmarnock-born three piece released their debut offering, “I Am An Island” in 2014, “Open Book” followed this year.
